Designed by DIALOG, the 14-storey mixed-use condominium building combines elegance and functionality. Located at the southwest corner of Yonge Street and Homewood Avenue, the design is intended as a nod to modern urban aesthetics. Its mix of dark grey brick and mullions along with white metal framing, distinguishes itself through a unique interplay of recessed and projecting balconies, rhythmically breaking up the building’s massing, and granting residents generous outdoor living spaces.

Set to stand 53.8m tall, the building will house 247 units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, meeting the street with a three-to-seven-storey L-shaped podium, aligning with the Yonge-Homewood intersection. Seven townhouse units face Homewood Avenue, integrating the new structure into the existing urban fabric of the neighbourhood.

As a 14-time recipient of the Green Builder of the Year Award from the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), Tridel has responded to the City of Toronto’s increasing push for greener buildings. The site will feature 175 bicycle parking spots, as well as 25 short-term spaces. In addition, a three-level underground garage accommodates 183 parking spaces, reserving six for retail purposes and five for visitors. With 6080 Yonge’s location walking distance to a station on the upcoming Yonge North Subway Extension, residents are assured smooth commutes.
