- The building will also offer a total of 18,000ft² of amenity space. Level three will be entirely dedicated to indoor amenity space, with 8,700ft² of outdoor space on the north west corner, featuring multiple barbecues and dining areas. There will be additional amenity space provided on the fourth floor. The interior amenities will consist of a co-working space, a spacious game room and lounge, and a 5,600ft² fitness studio. The fitness centre of 252 Church will be unique, as it will include a CrossFit studio and a specially designated Peloton lounge. Because of its central location, the building is not only within walking distance of many frequently visited city spots, but also very well connected by transit: 252 Church will sit 300 metres from Dundas subway station on the Yonge-University line for north-south travel, while the Dundas streetcar also passes right past the building, conveniently stopping at Church Street, travelling east-west.
